Note: Mia & I handle all the sign-ups, and are at-sea on our Arctic summer passages. Track Isbjorn here! It might be a few days (or weeks) before we see your registration come in and can get back to you on email to confirm your crew space and start the payment process. So be patient!

Complete the form below to signup for a passage aboard Isbjorn - we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours (unless we're at sea) to confirm bunk availability & invoice you the 50% deposit to hold your spot. Balance will be due 60 days prior to the trip start date. There is no experience required, just an adventurous attitude & positive spirit! After You Book.
There is no experience required, just an adventurous attitude & positive spirit! With your completed application, a 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your crew space - you'll be invoiced for this after submitting the application. Crew spaces are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. In the event that your application is unapproved (this is extremely rare), you'd receive a full refund on your initial application deposit.
Once your registration has been approved, 50% of the balance is due - you'll get an email confirming your registration has been accepted, which will include an invoice that you can then pay online via credit card. Alternatively, instructions will be included if you'd like to pay by check. This 50% payment is non-refundable.Final payment is due 60 days before the trip starts, and you'll again receive an email invoice asking for this. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, your final payment may be eligible to transfer to a future passage.
Additionally, you may combine any of the back-to-back legs for a special price (for example, to sail the entirety of an Atlantic crossing from Portugal to Antigua). Please indicate this on your application and your invoice will reflect the discount.
Rates will include all onboard necessities, including food, use of PFDs, sunscreen, etc. Not included are airfare to and from the boat, airport transfers, meals & drinks ashore, shoreside excursions (unless where indicated), personal sailing gear (boots, foulies) etc.
Once you register, we'll confirm space availability & invoice you for the 50% deposit to hold your spot. You'll get a series of emails from us with all the information you'll need to prepare for your passage aboard Isbjorn. It will go something like this:
